Rewash Guarantee

Titan Laundry offers a free rewash service under the following conditions:
◦ The customer is not satisfied with the quality of cleaning.
◦ Complaint is made within 24 hours of delivery.
◦ Garment has not been worn, used, or further soiled after delivery.
◦ Original order details can be verified.
Exclusions:
◦ Stains that are permanent or cannot be removed initially.
◦ Fabric damage due to wear, age, or prior condition.
◦ Items processed according to the customer’s special instructions.

Refund Policy

Refunds are not standard practice and are only issued when:
◦ Titan Laundry is unable to resolve the issue through re-cleaning.
◦ There is a verified service failure.
Refund Conditions:
◦ Refund is limited to the cost of service provided.
◦ No refunds for delays caused by external factors.
◦ No refunds for dissatisfaction after successful rewash.

Damage or Loss

In the rare case of damage or loss:
◦ Claims must be reported within 24 hours.
◦ Compensation is based on a fair and reasonable valuation, not the original purchase price.
◦ Proof of value may be required.

Inspection & Acceptance

◦ Customers are expected to inspect items upon delivery.
◦ Acceptance of delivery confirms satisfaction unless reported within the claim window.

Abuse of Policy

Titan Laundry reserves the right to:
◦ Decline repeated or excessive claims.
◦ Refuse service to customers abusing the policy.
